Raoul: They told me someone might stop by. My name is Raoul. Ah, wait. I'm not used to this sort of thing. Are you a member of V.E.I.L.? If not, you should talk to CHLOE and NATASHA. Once you have a V.E.I.L. BADGE, I'll be able to tell you more. Maybe I'm not supposed to be talking about any of this. I've been working alone for a long time. 

Objective

SEASTAR RESORT: Perform tasks for CHLOE and NATASHA to get a V.E.I.L. BADGE, then show it to RAOUL.

• Collect 1 V.E.I.L. Badge

• Talk to Raoul ( Seastar Resort)

Tip/Reminder

Raoul: If you have a V.E.I.L. BADGE from CHLOE and NATASHA, I'll be able to work with you. V.E.I.L. are very finicky about their secrets. I wouldn't want to get you into any trouble.
